John David Fallaw, 67, of DeQuincy passed away Monday, June 8, 2026 at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness.
He is survived by his parents, Anise Fallaw and the late Fred Fallaw, of DeQuincy; sister, Joanne Fallaw Burnett, and husband Larry, of Singer; brother, Tommy Fallaw, and wife Dottie of Deer Park, Texas; and lifelong friend/brother, Kirk Bertrand and wife Connie.
