Charles Comeaux was born Sept. 30, 1953, and passed Saturday, May 17, 2025, at the age of 71.
As one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, he had a strong faith and hope to live in a paradise Earth, based on God’s word. He told his wife once when he got sick that he would see her in paradise. Charles did not want a memorial service but to remember him for his life. He had a love for cooking and was owner of Comeaux’s Restaurant and Deli for 25 years.
Charles is survived by his wife, Patricia Comeaux; children, Wade Comeaux, Keith Comeaux, Carlie Comeaux; grandchildren, Jordan Barton, Hailey Dyer, Jase Dyer; siblings, Georgie Moore, Linda Perry, Roland Comeaux and wife Kitten, Gail Sweeton and husband Percy, Carolyn Comeaux and partner Sue, Tony Comeaux, Terry Comeaux and wife Cindy; numerous nieces and nephews; and his fur babies that he loved so much.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Wilton and Eula Comeaux; and siblings, Bryan Comeaux and Lisa Leger.
Cremation was entrusted to Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
