Billy Wayne Pitre, 51 a native and resident of DeQuincy passed away on Sunday, Mar. 17, 2019.
He is survived by his wife, Sheila Pitre; children, Kodi Cline and Corey Cline and wife, Colleen; three grandchildren, Brennon, Tailynn and Everly. He is also survived by his mother, Eva Sarvaunt and husband, Ray; sister, Sandy Pitre; and brother, Michael Pitre and wife, Brandi; along with numerous other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, J. D. Pitre.
The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Thursday, Mar. 21, at Riley Smith Funeral Home in DeQuincy. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Mar. 22, at Westgate, 1599 Highway 12 W, DeQuincy. Pastor Charles Braneff, Jr. and Rev. Anthony Kennon will officiate Interment will follow at Good Hope Cemetery in Singer.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
