Council to discuss and act on a possible extension of a variance allowing a family member of Martha Gross to reside in a travel trailer located on property she owns at 722 Beech Street. 6. Consideration and Adoption of Resolution authorizing Mayor Smith to sign Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the Calcasieu Parish 4-H, City of DeQuincy and DeQuincy Police Department for use of the shooting range. 7. Authorize Mayor Smith to sign documents necessary to appoint members to DeQuincy Historic District Commission and give authorization to complete the Certified Local Government (CLG) application. 8. Introduce Ordinance # 1013 and set a public hearing for November 9, 2026, to amend Section 5-13, Fees, (i) miscellaneous, of the City Ordinance Code. 9. Public Hearing and adoption of Ordinance of # 1012, to renew Beauregard Electric Coop (BECI) franchise renewal. 10. Adjourn
