1. Approval of August 10, 2026, regular meeting minutes.    

2. Finance, Fire, Police, Code Enforcement, Public Works, Sewer, Airport, and City Reports.

3.   Approval of September 14, 2026, agenda. 

4.   Public Input. 

          Not on the Agenda:

5. Council discuss and possible approve the change of the date of the October meeting to Tuesday, October 13, 2026, due to a Federal holiday on October 12, 2026. 

6. Council to discuss and act on a variance for James and Meloney Woolford. to place a mobile home on property located at 203 Gill Street.

7. Authorize Mayor Smith to sign documents necessary to appointment of members to the DeQuincy Historic District Commission and authorization to complete the Certified Local Government (CLG) application.           

8. Authorize Mayor Smith to sign documents necessary to approve the re-appointment of W. Tracey Brown to serve as a Commissioner of the Housing Authority for 5 years.

9. Consideration and adoption of resolution authoring Mayor Smith to sign all documents to hire Engineering Consultant for the DeQuincy Airport.    

10. Consideration and adoption of resolution authoring Mayor Smith to sign all documents to renew a an agreement with Pipeline Integrity Partners, consultants for gas and pipeline safety. 

11. Introduce Ordinance No. 1012 and set a public hearing for October 13, 2026, for Beauregard Electric  

Coop franchise renewal. (BECI)
