6. Consideration and adoption of a resolution authorizing Mayor Smith to accept the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Construction Grant for the DeQuincy Industrial Airpark Airfield Drainage Improvements Project and authorizing the Mayor to execute all related grant documents.
7. Public hearing and adoption of Ordinance No. 995B, amending the budget for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026.
8. Public hearing and adoption of Ordinance No. 1008, adopting the proposed budget of expenditures for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2027.
9. Public hearing and adoption of Ordinance No. 1010, amending Section 12-34 of the City Code regarding businesses with licenses based on flat fees (solicitors, peddlers, and hawkers).
10. Public hearing and adoption of Ordinance No. 1011, amending Chapter 21, Appendix A – General Zoning Ordinance, Section 2, of the City Code.
11. Discussion and consideration of adopting an Order of Condemnation and Demolition, authorizing the final step in the condemnation process for the structure located at 210 Hall Street.
12. Discussion and consideration of approving the final step in the condemnation process for the structure located at 701 Seymour Pullam Road.
13. Discussion and consideration of approving the final step in the condemnation process for the structure located at 808 Hayes Street.
