It might not be the whole pie but atleast it’s a share of it as the DeQuincy Lady Tigers have officially won a share of the District 4-2A Championship after splitting with rival Rosepine which is the programs first district championship since 2014. Ironically enough that same year the Lady Tigers split with Rosepine for the district crown so its certainly déjà vu for both DeQuincy and Rosepine fans.
The Lady Tigers will be looking for more than just a district championship as they will begin the playoffs sometime next week and are expected to have a top 10 seed so we encourage our community and fan base to come out and support these hard-working young ladies!
