William “Billy” Mullins was born Nov. 11, 1963, and passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at the age of 61.
He is survived by his daughter, Ashley Mullins; and sister, Kim Richard and husband Devin.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Mullins; son, Cody Mullins; and parents, Joe and Dorothy McDonald Mullins.
The family received friends from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 14, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy. Bro. Robert Marcantel officiated. Interment followed at Mullins Cemetery, Rigmaiden Cemetery Rd. in DeQuincy.
Arrangements were handled by at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
