Appoint an official journal for the City of DeQuincy.
Timothy Allen to request a variance for City review and approval of setback less than 25’ for Main
Street Development.
Council to discuss and act on a possible extension of a variance for Martha Gross’s family
member to live in a travel trailer on the property she owns at 722 Beech Street.
Introduce an Ordinance and set a public hearing for July 14, 2025, regarding the proposed budget of expenditures for the FYE 9/30/26.
Public hearing on the structure located at 208 Hall Street.
Adopt the order of condemnation and demolition, and move to the final step of the condemnation
of the property located at 208 Hall Street.
Introduce Ordinance # 993 and set a public hearing for July 14, 2025, to declare property located
On Grand Ave with parcel number 00758310A (Old Grand Ave Gym) to become surplus property,
and allow it to be sold through the bid process.
Introduce Ordinance #994 and set a public hearing for July 14, 2025, to update and amend Chapter 21- General Zoning, Rules and Regulations for mobile homes to be located within the City of DeQuincy, Code of Ordinances.
