Council to approve/ deny variance for Timothy Allen to allow more than one dwelling on a city lot located at the block of Main, Second, First, and College Streets.
Start the condemnation process on the structure located at 310 Hall Street.
Start the condemnation process on the structure located at 230 Jackson Street.
Start the condemnation process on the structure located at 228 Jackson Street
Start the condemnation process on the structure located at 218 Jackson Street
Start the condemnation process on the structure located at 210 Jackson Street.
Proceed with the next step of the condemnation process, which is to discuss inspection and, if necessary, set a public hearing for June 9, 2025, on the structure located at 208 Hall Street.
Introduce Ordinance # 993 and set a public hearing for June 9, 2025, to declare property located on Grand Ave with parcel number 00758310 (Old Grand Ave Gym) to become surplus property, and allow it to be sold through the bid process.
Public hearing and adoption of Ordinance # 992 to update and amend Chapter 18- Streets and Sidewalks and Public Places, Article ll Excavations, Sec 18-20 of the City Ordinance Code.
