Howard Eugene Hembree was born Jan. 10, 1970, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and passed away at his home in Sulphur on Wednesday, Apr. 16, 2025, at the age of 55.
He is survived by his wife, Eva Marie Bright Hembree; children, Thomas Lee, Christopher “CJ” Jacob, Micheal Howard, and Landin Brice; and siblings, Lisa M. Fontenot, Christopher J Bellard (Diana Adean Bellard), and Kimberly D Bellard.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Merry Paulette Bellard; and “dad”, Thomas Bright.
The family would like to thank Heart of Hospice for the compassion that they have shown during this difficult time.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at 11 a.m., Thursday, May 8, at Lighthouse Tabernacle in Sulphur.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
