DeQuincy Primary School ‘s 2024-25 Teacher of the Year is Jessica Vige.
She began her career in education in 2007. Her purpose is to continue an aspiring career as a kindergarten teacher with an inspiring team of educators. She is a resourceful team player with the proven ability to motivate students with a positive and effective teaching style, while creating an environment that is conducive to learning for all students.
Vige provides individualized support for each child and rejoices with them when they succeed. Her passion for education is visible in the positive and nurturing relationships she builds not only with her students, but with her classroom parents and staff alike.
She is married to Brandon Vige and they have three children, Brady, Karlee and Jeri.
