Linda Joyce Jensen, 78, was born Nov. 4, 1946, and passed away Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025.
She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Monroe Austin and wife Adie Mae Austin; and mother, Maudie Rice Austin; and sisters, Peggy Bell and Sarah Austin.
She is survived by her husband, Stephen Jensen; children, Simon Carter, Belinda Carter, Kenneth Carter and wife, April, Rebecca Fruge and husband, Walter; grandchildren, Simon, Jr., Stephen, Veronica, Brandon, Kenneth, Jr., Heather, Brandy, Lloyd and Bobby; 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous other family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until time the time of service at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 29, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy with Rev. Mike Streams officiating.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
