On Friday, Dec. 20, Tony O’Banion made the following statement about the DeQuincy High School Gym:
“A lot of work behind the scenes has been happening to get to this point. I can’t list everyone, but I would like to give special thanks to Zach Jones, Mr. Barrentine (Binky) our Chief Operations Officer, and the entire Calcasieu Parish School Board maintenance department. I would also like to thank Gunter Construction Inc. for being ahead of schedule on this and all of the work on the temporary locker rooms. Much more coming soon!”
