The DeQuincy Tigers now have 6 regular season wins for the first time since 2016 after beating Jonesboro-Hodge last Friday 38-20.
DeQuincy scored 21 points in the first quarter but then the offense stalled in the second only scoring a 24 yard field goal off the foot of Kohen Cormier. DeQuincy would go into the locker room at halftime with a 24-14 lead. The Tigers did not score again until the fourth quarter scoring 14 more points and pulling away for good to secure a tough earned victory.
