The Louisiana Baseball Coaches Association (LBCA) high school all-star game was held this past weekend at Louisiana Christian University’s Billy Allgood field in Pineville. DeQuincy and South Beauregard were represented in the 3-game weekend series.
DeQuincy head coach Brady Carlson had the opportunity to coach in the games along with Iowa head coach Daniel Heningan and Pitkin head coach J.C. Holt. All three men coached the west team which featured kids from southwest Louisiana including South Beauregard standouts Jace Duhon and Layden Sepulvado. Both competed very well!
