Authorize Mayor Smith to act on behalf of the City of DeQuincy to consider and take appropriate action for Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Calcasieu Parish Police Jury and the City of DeQuincy regarding the Summer Food Program.
Authorize Mayor Smith to sign any documents necessary to approve the reappointment of Lynne Treme and Darlene Hooker to serve as Commissioner of the Housing Authority for a term of 5 years.
Authorize Mayor Smith to sign any documents necessary to change our auditor firm to Kolder, Slaven and Co. LLC.
