Robert Lewis Jones, 61, of Merryville died Saturday, Jan. 13, 2024.
Survivors include his son, Hunter Jones of Dighton, Kan.; daughters, Constance Warden of Alexandria, Stephanie Warden of Alexandria, Haley Jones and fiancé Benjamin O’Connor of State College, Penn.; father, Bobby Jones and Kay of Austin, Texas; mother, Joann Farris of Merryville; step-father, Charles Farris of Merryville; brothers, Chuck Farris of Merryville, Heath Farris of DeRidder; sister, Tamara Buller of Waxahachie, Texas; and two grandsons.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Bessie Turner, Sybil Terrell.
Funeral services were held Friday, Jan. 19, at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder. Pastor Bud Mitchell officiated. Burial followed at Cooper Cemetery in Merryville.
