Brad Everett Moak was born Sept. 12, 1986, and passed away Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2023, at the age of 37.
He is survived by his son, Bradley Everett Moak; parents, Prentiss and Francine Moak; sisters, Tina Moak and Cheri Moak; nieces, Alexis and Brittany; and his nephew, Michael.
The family will receive friends from 12-3 p.m. with the funeral service to follow at 3 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 3, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
