Bryan Allen Fontenot was born Apr. 19, 1964 and passed away Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2023, at the age of 59.
He loved cooking and being outdoors. Bryan was always cutting up and doing pranks on the grandkids. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his daughter, Chelsea Irwin and husband, Andy; son, Corey Fontenot; grandchildren, Kason Lamberth and Cohen Irwin; sisters, Sharilyn Vincent and husband David, and Tessy Knight; mother, Wanda Fontenot; along with numerous other friends and relatives.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Fontenot.
The family received friends from 9-11 a.m. The funeral service followed at 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 1, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy. Interment followed at Masonic Cemetery in DeQuincy.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
