Ronnie Carroll to address the council regarding a variance to allow him to move a mobile home into the city limits of DeQuincy.
Council to vote on a variance for Ronnie Carroll to live in a travel trailer on property he owns on Velmer Street.
Adopt a resolution to execute Act 393.
Adopt a resolution to authorize the Mayor to execute an Agreement with The Pentecostal Church of
DeQuincy in regard to crosswalks on North Perkins Street.
Council to approve or deny the proposed subdivision at the corner of North Overton and Smith Street.
Council to approve or deny lease agreement of City property.
Introduce Ordinance # 887 and set a public hearing for December 11, 2023, amending Section 16-8 of the Code of Ordinance of the City of DeQuincy- Permits and Fees.
Introduce Ordinance # 924 and set a public hearing for December 11, 2023, amending Article IV Section 10-57 of the Code of Ordinance of the City of DeQuincy- Weeds and Offensive Accumulations.
Introduce Ordinance # 925 and set a public hearing for December 11, 2023, amending Section 10-75 of the Code of Ordinance of the City of DeQuincy-Civil penalties.
