The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury held two public meetings to gather input on the development of potential disaster recovery projects using $26.7 million in funding allocated by the state through the Hometown Revitalization Program and Resilient Communities Infrastructure Program.
Additionally, a public comment period will take place through Saturday, Oct. 28. Residents can submit comments in person at one of the public meetings or by emailing publiccomment@calcasieuparish.la.
