Bess L. Cole, 82, of Sulphur died Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2023.
She was born in DeQuincy. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and was a Sulphur High School Graduate. She worked for over 25 plus years for the Clerk of Court’s office for the City of Sulphur.
Survivors include her two children, Michael Aleshire and wife Mary and Mitchell Aleshire and wife, Patricia; five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Carolyn Cole; two husbands, J Dyke Aleshire and Ivy “Bobby” David; and one sister.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held Tuesday, Sept. 26, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Sulphur.
Cremation was entrusted to Johnson and Robison Funeral Home in Sulphur. Burial followed at Alston Cemetery. Fr. Tim Goodly officiated.
