Ernie Andrus had a great 100th birthday celebration! He finished his second coast 2 coast journey by putting his foot in the Pacific Ocean with many family and friends and had a fabulous party at the Sands Bar (endless taco bar).
He is now back in Shasta Lake, Calif. staying with his daughter Cathy until he finds a suitable assisted living establishment. He can’t get his running pace back and can’t walk without support so he guesses it’s time to kick back.
Andrus passed through Singer four times on his trips.
