The Rotary Club of DeQuincy met Thursday, Aug. 3, at the First United Methodist Church of DeQuincy for lunch. The lunch was hosted by Glenn Dean Insurance Agency.
Bro. Wayne Neyland, guest speaker, gave an inspirational speech about focusing on the positive in our lives and the community, rather than the negatives.
The club’s next meeting will be a Sunrise Breakfast on Thursday morning, Aug. 17, at 7:30 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church’s fellowship hall, 301 E. Center St.
