Cheryl Denise Eaves LeJeune, 60, of Merryville died Monday, June 26, 2023.
She went on to become a Cowgirl Kicker at McNeese and earned her Master’s Degree in Adapted Physical Education. She taught for 20+ years.
She is survived by her husband, Linus LeJeune of Merryville; daughters, Savannah Lynn LeJeune of Merryville, Cheyenne Lynn Lopez and Phillip Lopez of Merryville; mother and father, John and Wanda Eaves of Merryville; sisters, Tammie Cooley of Merryville, Marion Eaves of Merryville, and Karen Lytle of Willis Point, Texas; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Bilbo and Roberts Church of Christ in DeRidder, on Saturday July 1, from 2-4 pm. under the direction of Myers-Colonial Funeral Home.
