John Thomas Bruce died Thursday, Jan. 26, 2023 from a brief illness at his home in Laughlin, Nev.
He lived most of his life with family in Longville; before moving to Laughlin.
While in Louisiana, he was employed at Northrop Grumman Lake Charles prior becoming disabled.
He is survived by his brothers, Michael S. Bruce of Lake Charles and William A. Bruce of Longville; sisters, Kathrine A. Bruce of Lake Charles, Debra G. Bruce of Longville, and Patricia S. Domingue of Lake Charles.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Benjamin Bruce; mother, Lois Jane Collingwood Bruce; brother, Darrel Wayne Bruce Sr.
His final wishes were to come home to Longville and be with family.
