Jennifer Marie Trahan Dupre, 43, of Starks died Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2022 following a brief illness.
She was graduate of Starks High School, Sowela Technical Community College. She worked as a Dietary Manager for DeRidder Retirement and Rehabilitation Center, Westwood Manor Nursing Home and The Care Center of DeQuincy. She was a member of Starks First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Douglas James Dupre of Starks; two children of heart, Travis Lee Pettypool and Lilly Jayde Trahan; three sisters, Belinda Sargent Kimberly Sample and Amber Trahan; brother, Jonathan Trahan and brother of heart, Evan Hollie.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene Joseph Trahan and Emma Morris Trahan; grandparents, Alvin Trahan and Ethel Trahan Arabie and James and Viola Morris.
Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 14, at Starks First Baptist Church under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Rev. Ron Butler and Rev. Tony Bourque officiated. Interment services followed in the Miller Cemetery Annex.
