Carolin S. Nolen, 75, was born Apr. 24, 1947, and passed away Sunday, Oct. 23, 2022.
She is survived by her children, Michelle Ware and husband, Kevin, Melissa Foreman and husband, Troy, Pate Stanley and wife, Rachel, Serena Perkins and husband, Ronnie, Christine Alegria, Crystal Stains, Glen Stains and wife, Andrea, Carroll Lee Stains and wife, Cindy, Carolyn Ann Langley and husband, Patrick, Luther Stains, Jack Stains, and Krista West and fiancé, Wesley Travis; 23 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; brothers, Gilbert Schysm and Bill Schysm and wife, Wendy; sister, Kathy Perkins and husband, Rod; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sherry Langley; grandson, Daniel Joseph Alexander; and parents, William and Myrtie Schysm.
The family received friends from 5-9 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 27, at Longville Pentecostal Church in Longville. Visitation continued from 9-11 a.m. with the funeral beginning at 11 a.m., Friday, Oct. 28, at Longville Pentecostal Church. Interment followed at Magnolia Cemetery in Ragley.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. 4th Street, DeQuincy.
