Kimberly Edward “Kimbo” Fontenot, 66, died on Sept. 27, 2022 in a local hospital.
He was a Lake Charles native, Catholic and a graduate of Barbe High School. Throughout his career, he has worked as a Ranch Hand and White Tail Deer Guide around Del Rio, Texas. A member of Local 106, he primarily worked as a Supervisor in the Petrochemical Industry.
He is survived by his wife, Audrey Ann of Lake Charles; brother, Allen Dale Fontenot of DeQuincy; stepchildren, Michelle Richard, Andrew “Coy” Waggoner, Aaron Nash and Missy Carter; and numerous grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Allen and Margaret Fontenot.
Memorial services were held Friday, Sept. 30, at the Chapel of Johnson Funeral Home. The Very Reverend Anthony Fontenot officiated.
