Gerald Keith Dartez, 59 of Ragley died Sunday, Sept. 18, 2022 in Arkansas.
He was a life-long resident of Ragley and had owned and operated Kinder Glass for many years. He had recently retired and moved to Arkansas. He had been a volunteer fireman for many years and was a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans.
He is survived by the love of his life, Sheila Cooley of Belle Vista, Ark.; children; Kayla, Cammie, Caleb Cooley; two grandchildren; brothers, Luke Dartez of Carlyss, Robert Dartez of Moss Bluff, Wayne Dartez of Ragley; and sister, Nita Conner of Ragley.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Mary Lou Dartez of Ragley.
Graveside services under the direction of Johnson and Brown Funeral Home of Iowa were held at Dartez Cemetery in Ragley on Saturday, Sept. 24. Rev. Ben Lyons was the officiant.
