Woody Daigle, Aide to U. S. Senator John Kennedy will be the guest speaker at The Rotary Club of DeQuincy on Thursday, Sept. 1, for the noon luncheon meeting at the DeQuincy United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.
Daigle is a lifelong resident of Calcasieu Parish and recently joined U.S. Senator John Kennedy’s staff as Regional Representative for SWLA. He covers six parishes in SWLA (Allen, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron, Jeff Davis and Vernon). Kennedy’s office helps communities and constituents navigate issues with federal agencies such as FEMA, IRS, Medicare, Medicaid, Immigration, and Veterans Affairs.
Daigle graduated from Sulphur High School and Louisiana State University.
