Lawrence “Larry” Bergeron, 83, of Longville died Thursday, July 7, 2022 in Lake Charles.
He was born in New Orleans. He was a Taxi Driver for New Orleans for 63 years, and worked last for Yellow Cab.
He is survived by his daughter, Sheila Trahan (Albert) of Longville; brother, Paul Allen Bergeron of Norco; sister, Linda Marie Bergeron of LaPlace; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence Sr. and Goldie Bergeron; and three wives, Kathlein, Ginger, and Ann.
Services were held at Hixson Funeral Home in Lake Charles on Tuesday, July 12, with Rev. Dr. Bobbie Yellott officiating. Burial will be held at Saint John Memorial Gardens Cemetery in LaPlace on Wednesday, July 13, at 1 p.m.
