Elaine Marie Cation Derouen, 77, died on Thursday, Feb. 3, 2022.
She graduated from Welsh High School in 1962. She worked at Shakey’s Pizza for 14 years. She was a member of St. Margaret Catholic Church for over 40 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Tammy McKeivier of Lake Charles; sons, Carl (Carolyn) Derouen of Ragley and Scotty (Dee Dee) Derouen of Lake Charles; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Derouen; and parents Robert and Rena Cation.
Funeral services were held Monday, Feb. 7, at St. John Vianny Catholic Church in Bell City. Fr. John Payne officiated.
Cremation followed the services and inurnment will be held at a later date at Derouen-Lorraine Cemetery in Bell City.
