The Annual DeQuincy Chamber of Commerce Banquet is set for Thursday, Mar. 3, at 7 p.m. at the T. D. Cardwell Center.
Tickets for the banquet will go on sale on Feb. 7, for $30 per person.
Letters of nomination for the Annual Civic Service Award will be accepted beginning immediatelly until Wednesday, Feb. 9, at 12 noon.
The letter should be no more than 300 words and state how the nominee has worked to benefit DeQuincy with no pay. The letter can be mailed to DeQuincy Chamber of Commerce, P. O. Box 625, DeQuincy LA 70633 or it can be brought to the Chamber office 218 E. 4th St. on Mondays or Wednesdays. The nominator is responsible for a ticket to the banquet for their nominee.

Board Meeting Set
The monthly DeQuincy Chamber of Commerce board meeting will be held Thursday, Jan. 13, at the Heritage Place Hotel & Suites, 1028 E. Fourth St., at 12 noon.
