Joseph “T Joe” Chauffepied was born Apr. 18, 1932 and passed away Thursday, Dec. 30, 2021 at the age of 89.
He is survived by his son, Joe Chauffepied; daughters, Betty Campbell and husband, Danny and Zollie Hollie and husband, Jeff; along with six grandchildren, Jessica, Mary, Lee, Falon, Shay and Chance; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Baldwin Chauffepied; parents, Artha Chauffepied and Zollie Depre Chauffepied.
The family received friends from 12-3 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 3, and the funeral service began at 3 p.m. The visitation and funeral were held at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy. Interment followed at Hagar Cemetery in Ragley.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
