Justyn Lyn DuFresne was born Apr. 27, 2021 and passed away Monday, Aug. 23, 2021.
She is survived by her parents, Justin Adam DuFresne and Kirstie Lyn Gros; siblings, Eli, Justus, Emmerie, Amora, Gage and Amelia; grandparents, Tracy DuFresne, Greg and Michelle Smith; great-grandparents, Alvin and Roxanne Duhon, Charlie Smith, Vivian Galvan, Robert and Norma Newsom; aunts, Taylor DuFresne, Katelynn DuFresne and Jackie Smith along with a host of other uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her uncles, Blake DuFresne, Rustin Smith and Dustin Smith; aunt, Lacey Pappillion; and great uncle, Michael DuFresne.
The family will receive friends from 9-11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 28, with the funeral service to begin at 11 a.m. The visitation and funeral service will be held at Riley Smith & Funeral Home Chapel in DeQuincy. Interment will follow at Riley Smith Memorial Park in DeQuincy.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
