Paul Oliziem Venable, 62, of Westlake died Friday, Apr. 30, 2021 at his home.
He was a lifelong resident of Westlake. He was a 1976 graduate of Westlake High School and shortly thereafter began Barber College studies in Benton. He worked as a Barber for over forty years, primarily at Pousson’s Barber Shop in Westlake.
He is survived by two sisters, Ellen Marie Venable of DeQuincy and Aurelia “Peanut” Roya of Lake Charles.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Yvonne Clement Venable; and a brother.
A celebration service was held Saturday May 29, at the American Legion of Westlake. Interment was in Magnolia Cemetery in Westlake under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home.
