Patty Rae Moore, 63, died Wednesday, May 12, 2021.
She was born in Lake Charles.
She is survived by three sons, Keith Moore and Brittany, Kevin Moore and Lauren, and Todd Warden and Nikki; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and three siblings, Barbara Eskind, Carolyn Guidry, and Wilbert Kim Moore.
Her memorial service was held on Sunday, May 16, at Heritage Funeral Home in Moss Bluff.
