Charlotte Ann Chisholm was born in Lake Charles on Apr. 19, 1954 and passed away Friday, May 7, 2021 at the age of 67 at her residence in Brookeland, Texas.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Gary Porter; sons, Scott Ward of Dallas, Texas and Eric Porter of Texarkana, Arkansas; and daughter, Natalie Porter of Australia. She is also survived by her brothers, Skip Chisholm and wife, Sharon of Westlake and Rev. Sean Chisholm and wife, Ginger of Ragley.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Daniel Chisholm and Sybil Marie LeJeune Chisholm; and brother, Scotty Chisholm.
Cremation has been entrusted to Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
