Ralph Hollie was born Oct. 13, 1950 and passed away Monday, April 19, 2021 at his residence in Fields.
Ralph proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a graduate of Hyatt High School and a member of First United Pentecostal Church in DeQuincy.
He is survived by his children, Trent Vincent and girlfriend Sandra Eaddy, Theresa Vincent, Trevis Vincent and Christi Hollie; six grandchildren, Erika Buxton and husband, Trent, Shane Vincent and wife, Caitlin, Blane Vincent and wife, Jessica, Holly Vincent and spouse, Haylie Hickman, Kalee Hyatt and fiance’ Logan Dugas and Wyatt Pardue; along with seven great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, T. J. Hollie, Henry Hollie and wife, Belinda, Gary Hollie, and Ronald Hollie and wife, Janie; and his sister, Henrietta Foster.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Hollie; parents, Henry “Coot” Hollie and Naomi Smith Hollie; brothers, Alton Hollie, Harland Hollie, Danny Hollie, Larry Hollie; and sister, Betty Ledford.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, at First United Pentecostal Church, 230 Smith Street in DeQuincy and the funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Apr. 21, at First United Pentecostal Church. Pastor Carlton Jackson, Jr. will officiate. Interment to follow at Hyatt Cemetery in Fields.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
