James Chauvin was born Sept. 26, 1964 and passed away on Thursday, Apr. 15, 2021 at the age of 57.
He is survived by his children, Madisen Elizabeth Chauvin and Annalise Rose Chauvin; sisters, Norma Jean Sovereign, Helena Fontenot, Roxanne Chauvin Harrington, and Shannon Chauvin Cemer; and his brothers, John Michael Chauvin and wife, Gretchen, and Norman Joseph Chauvin, Jr. and wife, Paula.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman Joseph Chauvin, Sr. and Elva Sue Crum Hensley.
At his request, there will be no funeral service or gathering.
Cremation has been entrusted to Riley Smith & Sons Funeral, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
