Debra Faye Davis, a resident of DeQuincy was born Sept. 24, 1952 and passed away Monday, Feb. 15, 2021 at the age of 68.
She is survived by her husband, Claude Davis; her children, Tracey Mayfield, Carla Hendrick and husband Homer, Dematrius Davis and wife, Tiffany, Agnes Kirksey and husband, LaMichael, Claude Davis, Jr. and Marlon Davis; along with 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandson. She is also survived by her sisters, Laverne Richardson, Kimberly Wilkinson, Yolanda Doyle; brother, Walter Snell and wife, Sherry Ann; sister-in-law, Glenda Doyle; a host of nieces, great nieces, nephews and great nephews; her step mother, Betty Doyle; and her mother-in-law, Agnes Davis.
She was preceded in death by her son, Curtis Jermaine Thompson; parents, James Doyle and Mary Hilda Bernard Doyle; sister, Linda Doyle; and brother, James Doyle, Jr.
The family will receive friends from 10 until time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy. Rev. James Harris will be officiating. Interment will follow at Community Cemetery in DeQuincy.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
