Kathy Walker Parker, 63, of Kansas City, Mo. died Thursday, Jan. 14, 2021 in Kansas City, Mo.
She was a native of Houston, Texas. She was a graduate of Northshore High School in Houston, Texas.
She was survived by her husband, Bo Parker of Kansas City, Mo.; children, Amanda Banda of Kansas City, Mo., Jarrod Walker and wife Amber of Lake Charles, and Abel G. Garcia II of Livingston, Texas; sister, Tammy Walker Ashworth; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Wayne Walker and Sue “Streams” Walker; one brother, Randy Walker; grandparents, Tome and Rosie Streams, and Tex and Lucinda “Taylor” Walker.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 6, at Hargrove Bible Baptist Church in DeQuincy. Rev. Paul Nugent will officiate.
