Robert Thelton “Gomer” Williamson, a resident of Longville, was born Aug. 30, 1947 and passed away Sunday, Dec. 27, at the age of 73.
He is survived by his wife, Cathy Williamson; sisters, Thelma Joyce Williamson and Evelyn Moore.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Williamson and Mertie Dougharty Williamson; sisters, Eloise Caskey and Marie Gott; and brother, Pete Williamson.
The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 2, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy. A graveside service will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Hyatt Cemetery in Fields.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
