Sherrie Ann West Welch was born Feb. 3, 1940 and passed away Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2020 at her residence in DeQuincy. Sherrie graduated DeQuincy High School in 1957. She worked as a correctional officer and retired from Phelps Correctional Center in 2005. Sherri
