The 2020 Louisiana Railroad Days Festival Pageant (ages 0-23) is set for Saturday, Dec. 12, at 10 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of DeQuincy, Fellowship Hall, located at 201 S. Pine Street.
Deadline to enter is Wednesday, Dec. 9. No entries will be accepted at the door.
The morning session beginning at 10 a.m. will include Little Pageant Age Divisions: 0-11 months, Baby Miss; 12-23 months, Toddler Miss; 2-3 years, Tiny Miss, 4-5 years, Petite Miss; 6-8 years, Little Miss. Attire for these divisions will be Outfit of Choice/Railroad Attire.
The mid-day session beginning at 1 p.m. will be for Age Divisions: 9-10 years, Deb Miss; 11-12 years, Young Miss; 13-14 years, Teen Miss. Attire for these divisions will be Long Pageant Dresses.
Evening session beginning at 5:30 p.m. will be for Age Divisions: 15-16 years, Jr. Miss; 17-23 years, Miss. Attire for these divisions will be Long Pageant Dresses.
The Miss and Jr. Miss Interview will begin at 3 p.m. Attire: Interview/Business Suit.
Entry fee is $50. Checks are to be made payable to DeQuincy Federated Service League and mailed to: DFSL – Attn: Pageant Director, P. O. Box 516, DeQuincy LA 70633.
