Paul Allen Hebert, a resident of Sulphur was born Aug. 11, 1945 and passed away Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2020. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather. He really enjoyed his time with his friends at SPAR who were so very special to him. He will be greatly missed by his family and all those who knew him
He is survived by his daughter, Jodie Hebert and her partner, Robert McManus; son, Kervin Saul Hebert; grandchildren, Stephanie Hebert and husband, Christopher Smith, Melissa Wright, Tasha Lyles and husband, Michael, Kayla Arceneaux and Latrista Hebert; 14 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Emily Darby and Gladys Hebert.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carrie Broussard Hebert; son, David Allen Hebert, Sr.; grandson, David Allen Hebert, Jr.; parents, Saul Hebert and Alzina Desomeaux Hebert; four brothers and one sister.
The family received friends from 6-9 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 22, and the funeral service was held at 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23, at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy. Interment followed at Big Woods Cemetery in Vinton.
Arrangements were handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
