DeQuincy High School registration dates for new students will be held on August 11-14 from 8:30-11:30 a.m. Wear a mask and practice social distancing while on school campus.
The following documentation must be brought when you register your child:
- Birth certificate
- Social Security card
- Immunization record
- Photo identification of student’s parent or guardian
- Address verification, including an electric bill and another utility bill showing the household’s street address
- Custody papers, if applicable
- Report card or transcript from previous school
