2.Finance, Fire, Police, Public Works, Sewer, Code Enforcement and City Reports.
3.Approval of July 13, 2020 agenda.
4.Public Input.
5.Final step, approve demolition, on the condemnation of the structure located at 208 Kelly Street.
6.Council to approve bids received on the following surplus vehicles:
2002 Blue Ford Ranger Pickup
1999 Chevrolet ? ton truck w/utility bed
7. Public Hearing and adoption of the ordinance amending our current Junk ordinance.
8.Public Hearing and adoption of the ordinance amending our current Weed and Offensive Accumulations ordinance.
9.Adopt a resolution informing the LA DEQ that the city will continue maintaining our wastewater treatment plant and continue required testing in accordance with the LA DEQ permit.
10. Council action on variance application filed by Norman Goffney.
11. Discussion and possible council action regarding the new water park at the railroad museum park.
